Kim Seong-tae, former chairman of Ssangbangwool, appeared at the Human Rights Violation Inspection Task Force (TF) of the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on January 8, 2026, to be questioned regarding the "salmon and alcohol party persuasion allegations" that arose during the investigation into the Ssangbangwool remittance to North Korea case.
