Sung Hyuk Park, President of the Korea Tourism Organization, stated this in his inaugural speech at the inauguration ceremony held on the 7th at the headquarters in Wonju.

President Park outlined key initiatives to achieve the early milestone of 30 million foreign visitors: ▲Strategic segmentation marketing for inbound markets ▲Establishment of an AI-based digital marketing platform to enhance travel convenience for tourists ▲Discovery and commercialization of promising domestic tourism resources ▲Strengthening of collaborative networks with the tourism industry and related organizations.

He also urged the organization's executives and employees to foster ▲A performance-oriented organizational culture that prioritizes tangible results ▲A culture of mutual consideration and harmony ▲The establishment of an efficient work culture.

President Park emphasized, "We will serve as a central force driving mutual growth across the tourism industry by working closely not only with related institutions but also with the industry and academia."

Meanwhile, President Park is a marketing expert who previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Business at Cheil Worldwide. He has led the development and execution of business strategies in major overseas markets as Head of Europe and Head of North America, overseeing global marketing strategies as a whole.
