The training is conducted in a participatory format centered on inquiry, discussion, and implementation, and is composed of content that can be immediately applied at schools and local education offices. Trainees will complete 30 hours of group training and subsequently gain hands-on experience through eight hours of field practice at education support offices.

The main components include: ▲ policy discussion ▲ policy planning ▲ field-policy linkage practical course (Learning Hub) ▲ field practice at education support offices (homeroom supervision, event planning, and civil affairs work). Trainees will work in groups to analyze local educational issues, explore policy alternatives, and develop implementation plans, thereby strengthening their professional competencies as educational professionals.

In addition, through expert lectures, trainees will broaden their understanding of future education and explore the roles and growth directions of educational professionals together.

During a conversation with the prospective appointees on this day, Lim Taehee, Superintendent of Gyeonggi Province, said, "You are partners who will create the future of Gyeonggi education together," and added, "Let us move forward with the mindset that we are building Gyeonggi education together."

He further emphasized, "I believe education is the engine that transforms society. I hope you will always remember your educational responsibilities in your respective positions, continually consider whether the environment is optimal for students to grow, and play a role in improving reality."

The provincial office plans to continuously strengthen its support system through this training so that new educational professionals can establish themselves as key players connecting schools and local education offices.
