According to the gaming industry on January 6, Shift Up held a New Year's kick-off ceremony the previous day and presented approximately 300 employees with a 5 million won bonus, an Apple Watch, and AirPods Max.

Shift Up has consistently rewarded performance. In January 2023, when "Goddess of Victory: Nikke" ranked first in sales on both major app markets, the company gave all employees an iPhone 14 and a 5 million won bonus. At the end of the same year, to mark its 10th anniversary, Shift Up distributed credit cards loaded with 10 million won to all executives and employees.

At the beginning of last year, buoyed by the success of "Stellar Blade," the company provided every employee with a PlayStation 5 Pro and a 5 million won incentive. Then, in May, after the PC version of "Stellar Blade" sold over 3 million copies, all employees received a Nintendo Switch 2 as a gift.

Shift Up's mobile subculture shooting game "Goddess of Victory: Nikke" and action-adventure game "Stellar Blade" have continued to generate strong sales, driving steady growth in the company's performance. In the third quarter of last year, sales and operating profit increased by 30.1% and 39.3%, respectively, compared to the same period the previous year. Both games have established themselves as steady-selling intellectual properties in the global market.

Shift Up is currently developing a sequel to "Stellar Blade" and its flagship title, "Project SPIRIT," as its next projects.
