Jo was recognized as a 'Contributor to the Promotion of Student Startups,' while Kim was selected as a 'Contributor to University Academic Administration.'

Since 2019, Jo Jaeseong has worked for six years at the Startup Support Center, securing numerous startup support projects and establishing the foundation for the university's startup support system.

Through the Student Startup Incubation Center remodeling project, he secured a project fund of 170 million won to improve outdated startup facilities. He also linked and managed various programs, including the Campus CEO Development Project (310 million won), the KDB Startup Education Program (20 million won), and the Makerspace Establishment and Operation Project (490 million won), thereby creating a stable startup support structure.

Additionally, he has systematized curricular and extracurricular entrepreneurship programs, providing practical support so that students can concretely consider entrepreneurship as a career path.

By focusing on the Makerspace and Student Startup Incubation Center, he has operated entrepreneurship education and hands-on programs, planned and managed startup camps and socially-contributive maker programs, and worked to spread a startup culture and strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities within the university.

Kim Doohee has been in charge of academic affairs for 13 years and 10 months, leading innovations in student-centered academic systems and the advancement of the educational environment.

His contributions were highly regarded for establishing a trusted academic administration system by building a customized academic management system and improving major and general education curricula while working at the Institute for International Education, the College of General Education, and the Academic Affairs Support Team.

In particular, by operating the SPACE System-a creative and convergent academic structure-and introducing a flexible semester system, he expanded students' autonomy in academic planning. He also participated in the development of a data-driven early dropout prevention system, resulting in increased student retention and reduced dropout rates.

He has worked to expand students' choice of majors, innovate general education, and participated in the development of an AI-based major design system, contributing to the transition to a future-oriented academic system and the creation of a student-tailored educational environment.

Meanwhile, the commendation ceremony was held on January 5 during the '2026 Kick-off Ceremony' at Hong Myung-ki Hall, Yohan Hall, on campus.
