'A Home of the Future Transformed by Artificial Intelligence (AI)'

On January 5 (local time), as soon as visitors entered the exclusive exhibition hall set up by Samsung Electronics at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel in the United States, they were surrounded by a dazzling galaxy. The space featured a tunnel-shaped display approximately 20 meters long, utilizing spatial projection mapping technology. Inside the exhibition hall, visitors were greeted by technologies and products that offered a glimpse into the future of daily life.

The exhibition concept for Samsung Electronics at 'CES 2026' is 'AI Everyday Companion.' By integrating advanced AI technologies into every aspect of life, the company created a massive 'AI Living Platform.' The exhibition space alone covers 4,628 square meters (about 1,400 pyeong), the largest in the industry. The company explained that the exhibition was designed to enhance customers' AI experiences by connecting all devices and services through AI.

At the entrance of the exhibition hall, the 'Vision AI Companion' immediately caught visitors' attention. This feature allows users to interact with Samsung AI TV as if having a conversation, receiving responses such as content information, cooking recipes, and related data. Additionally, by pressing a button on the remote control while watching TV, viewers could access detailed information about the content, including plot summaries and character details.

In one corner of the exhibition hall, a gigantic display featured a virtual employee who interacted with visitors like a real person and explained the concept of the conference hall. The high-definition display and the AI-powered natural communication functions enhanced the sense of realism.

At the center of the exhibition hall, the new TV model, the '130-inch Micro RGB TV,' drew visitors' attention. With its ultra-large display and slim frame design, it offered a sophisticated appearance and vivid picture quality, as if viewing real-life scenery.

Elsewhere in the exhibition, visitors could see various new products equipped with AI. The main concept was the 'Home Companion,' designed to reduce household chores and provide a better quality of life. These included the new 'Bespoke AI Combo' washing machine with a 20kg drying capacity, the 'Bespoke AI Steam' robot vacuum cleaner, and the 'AI Wind-Free Combo Pro' wall-mounted air conditioner.

In particular, the newly unveiled 2026 Bespoke AI Combo features a newly added 'booster heat exchanger' to the main heat exchanger, increasing the drying capacity by 2kg compared to previous models, for a total of 20kg. According to Samsung Electronics, as the laundry load increases, the booster heat exchanger operates together, helping to prevent overheating of the main heat exchanger and maintain stable performance.

On site, the new 'Bespoke AI Family Hub' refrigerator also attracted visitors' attention. Samsung Electronics combined its AI vision function, which recognizes food ingredients, with Google's generative AI, Gemini.

By clicking the 'AI Food Manager' feature on the refrigerator screen, users could see which ingredients were stored in the left, right, and freezer compartments, and receive recipe recommendations based on those ingredients.
