The focus is on providing practical solutions to the administrative and legal challenges faced by apartment management entities and resident representative councils in the field.

The casebook covers a wide range of topics related to apartment management, including the execution of management fees and accounting, operation of resident representative councils, establishment of long-term repair plans, procedures for selecting contractors, and operation of community activation organizations. It also includes relevant laws and improvement measures so that it can be immediately utilized on-site.
