President Kim stated that the company will further strengthen brand trust activities based on its 'Local Economy' strategy. McDonald's Korea had previously announced the expansion of its 'Taste of Korea' project in October last year, and this year, marking the sixth year of the project, the company plans to pursue both quantitative and qualitative growth. Efforts are underway to enhance menu competitiveness, and discussions are ongoing regarding exports through overseas branches. In addition, the company plans to expand the scope of social contribution programs such as the 'Burger of Happiness' and diversify its value-for-money menu lineup.

The strategy to enhance customer experience will also be actively implemented. President Kim emphasized, "We will remain committed to our core strengths of taste, quality, and food safety, while also expanding both online and offline touchpoints." McDonald's Korea plans to sequentially open new stores, aiming to reach 500 locations by 2030. The company will strengthen benefits offered through its official app and introduce personalized rewards to boost digital competitiveness. Efforts to improve store operation efficiency and advance customer service will also continue.

People-centered management was also presented as a key task. President Kim stated, "To respond to the rapidly evolving business environment, we will expand investment in improving the work environment and education, and strengthen an organizational culture that supports the career growth of our employees."

President Kim added, "The status of McDonald's Korea is rising not only domestically but also within the Asian and global McDonald's systems," and pledged, "We will make every effort to ensure that our ongoing growth momentum translates into pride and development for our employees."
