Sodomall announced that on December 30, it held a capacity-building seminar at the Land Hall in Yongsan Electronics Land, Seoul, with the attendance of store managers from directly operated locations across the country. This seminar was organized to enhance the operational competitiveness of directly managed stores and to share the company's strategic direction.
At the seminar, Park Shinyoung, Director of Sodomall, gave a presentation on Sodomall’s mid- to long-term vision and future business direction. Director Park focused on communicating the values that Sodomall pursues in the evolving retail environment and the strategy for mutual growth with directly operated stores.
Next, Kang Taegu, Head of Headquarters, explained the new order and inventory management system to be introduced, sharing plans for building a more efficient ordering and inventory management framework and improving on-site operational convenience. This system was introduced as a core infrastructure aimed at reducing the practical workload of store owners and increasing operational efficiency.
In addition, Deputy General Manager Kang Hyeyeon conducted a practical training session focused on boosting sales. She shared sales management methods and customer response strategies based on real store operation cases, delivering practical know-how that could be applied immediately in the field.
More than 100 store managers who operate Sodomall’s directly managed stores from all over the country attended the seminar, showing great interest and engagement. The event also featured a Q&A session and opportunities for open exchange of opinions on site.
