Commission-Free Online Domestic Stock Trading Fees for Both New and Existing Customers for Two Years

Woori Investment & Securities announced on January 5 that it will offer commission-free benefits to domestic stock online trading customers from this year until December 31, 2027.

This benefit has been introduced to minimize the entry barriers for customers investing in domestic stocks over the long term and to provide an environment where they can make investment decisions more freely. When Woori Investment & Securities customers trade domestic stocks through online channels, they only need to pay the fees charged by related institutions, without any additional brokerage commissions.

In particular, this benefit is notable for being applied equally to both new and existing customers for an extended period, without any separate event participation process. A representative from Woori Investment & Securities stated, "Transaction costs are one of the most directly felt burdens for customers investing in stocks," adding, "In line with the recent government policy to revitalize the domestic stock market, we aim to increase interest and participation in domestic stock investment and support customers' long-term investment journeys by maintaining consistently low transaction costs."

To further reduce the burden of managing investment funds for customers, Woori Investment & Securities is also running a preferential interest rate event for credit loans and stock-backed loans at an annual rate of 3.9% until December 31, 2026. Customers who open an account and complete agreements for credit loans or stock-backed loans at Woori Investment & Securities will automatically receive the preferential interest rate without a separate application. Meanwhile, the overseas stock trading event has ended.
