He is a veteran in the REITs sector and a leading strategist, currently managing a total of 33 REITs and PFVs, including three listed REITs. He has played a key role in maintaining Koramco’s top market share in the private REITs sector by leading projects such as the development of Yeouido TP Tower, the acquisition of Center Point Gwanghwamun and Gangdong P Tower, and serving as the lead fund manager for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Housing and Urban Fund Anchor REIT, which manages surplus funds from the Housing and Urban Fund.

This is why he is regarded in the REITs industry as the ideal person for project REITs.

This round of appointments also included the selection of new executives who have accumulated expertise in the REITs and trust business fields and risk management. Changwoo Cho, the newly appointed Executive Director, was responsible for REITs structure design and asset management at the Anchor REITs Division in the REITs Investment Department, achieving stable management results. Dongjin Oh, the newly appointed Executive Director, has overseen feasibility reviews and execution of reconstruction and redevelopment projects at the Urban Renewal Business Division in the Trust Department. In addition, Hoyoung Kim, the newly appointed Executive Director, has enhanced Koramco’s internal controls and risk management system in the Risk Management Office, supporting the stable operation of the company’s REITs and trust business.

Through these executive promotions, Koramco Asset Trust plans to further strengthen its expertise in its core businesses of REITs and trusts, while also securing overwhelming competitiveness in risk management, an area where it already holds a significant edge over competitors.
