President Ha Tae-kyung's New Year's Address at the Insurance Training Institute

Ha Tae-kyung, President of the Insurance Training Institute, has declared his ambition to transform the institute into a global artificial intelligence (AI) insurance training center.

In his New Year's address on January 2, President Ha stated, "The Insurance Training Institute possesses outstanding educational content that matches the reputation of the world's top insurance HR training institutions," adding, "We will integrate this content with AI systems and expand into emerging insurance education markets such as Vietnam."

He continued, "Since the second half of last year, we have selected Vietnam as our first global expansion country and conducted preliminary research," and added, "This year, we have made 'global' the top priority in our organizational restructuring and established a dedicated team for this purpose."

President Ha also announced plans to accelerate innovation in new financial education by establishing an AI subsidiary. He explained, "Our goal is to embed AI throughout the entire educational process, including an AI learning management system (LMS), AI exam creation, and personalized education recommendations," and added, "We will also introduce a new learning model that combines a learning token system, enabling customers to generate income while studying."

Regarding this, President Ha noted that concrete preparations, including internal approval procedures, have already been underway. He plans to present detailed business models in the first half of this year, including an AI exam creation system and an AI learning platform.

President Ha stated, "Next year, the Insurance Training Institute will continue to play a pioneering role in crypto finance education and proof-of-concept," and added, "We will also introduce a 'micro-scholarship' system that refunds part of the tuition fees by linking mobile education with AI quizzes."

He also promised to issue the institute's own 'learning token' to build an educational ecosystem in which the industry can use these tokens to access the institute's content and utilize them as employee scholarships.

President Ha concluded, "This year will also be a year of dynamic change," and urged, "Let us boldly pursue a new future and the global market with the clear goal of becoming a global AI insurance training institute."
