This event was organized to help Jin Air crew members, who have started work in the new workspace, adapt smoothly and to extend a warm welcome to them.
On the day of the event, Air Busan executives and staff personally greeted Jin Air's first shift of flight and cabin crew, presented them with bouquets, and provided guidance on the location and usage routes of the briefing room, as well as key facilities.
The joint use of the briefing room was implemented as part of the integration process with Jin Air. As a result, Jin Air flight crew will share the third-floor domestic flight briefing room at Gimhae Airport, which is used by Air Busan flight crew, while Jin Air cabin crew will jointly use the cabin crew briefing room located in Air Busan's headquarters building.
Crew members from both airlines will report to the same space and share waiting and rest facilities, but pre-flight briefings will be conducted separately in designated areas for each airline.
An Air Busan representative stated, "We prepared this event hoping that Jin Air crew members who will be sharing the same space can work comfortably in the new environment," adding, "We expect that both companies will actively interact and naturally deepen their understanding of each other's work styles and organizational cultures."
The cabin crew briefing room in the Air Busan headquarters consists of seven briefing rooms in total and is equipped with key facilities necessary for flight preparation, such as a waiting area for cabin crew and a powder room.
