Jung-Hoon Kang, the 15th President of iM Bank, was inaugurated on December 31.

At the inauguration ceremony held at the iM Bank headquarters in Suseong-dong, Daegu, President Kang expressed his gratitude to customers and employees for being the solid foundation that has supported iM Bank since its establishment in 1967, as the bank approaches its 60th anniversary. He stated, "As the new president, I will strive to achieve a smooth transition to a commercial bank and promote warm finance for a world everyone dreams of."

President Kang joined the former Daegu Bank, the predecessor of iM Bank, in 1997. He has since served as Head of Future Strategy at iM Financial Group, Head of Management Support, and Head of Management Planning at iM Bank.

His term will run from January 1 of the following month until December 31, 2027.
