At the hearing held at the National Assembly on the 31st to investigate the Coupang breach incident, personal information leakage, unfair trade practices, labor environment conditions, and to prepare measures to prevent recurrence, Rogers responded to Democratic Party lawmaker Yeom Taeyoung's suggestion, "Let's work together at the logistics center to understand the difficulties of night shifts for couriers," by saying, "I will join the delivery work." He added, "I have had such experiences a few times," and continued, "If you wish, I hope you (Assemblyman Yeom) will join as well."

Assemblyman Yeom made this suggestion after pointing out that Rogers had replied, "I have never experienced courier work and do not know the evidence that night shifts are more difficult than day shifts." He also cited recent research conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and others, which confirmed the burden night work places on workers' health, and urged Coupang to take responsible action.
