L&P Cosmetic, which owns the global derma cosmetic brand Mediheal, announced on December 31 that it has signed Yebin Son, a former national team member.

Yebin Son made her name as a national team player during her amateur days. She drew attention by finishing first among amateurs in four tournaments, including the 33rd Kia Motors Korea Women's Open in 2019. In 2021, she topped the qualifying tournament for the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, known as the "race from hell." In 2025, she entered the regular tour with conditional status, participating in 16 tournaments and making the cut 11 times. She also finished in the top 10 twice.

Yebin Son said, "When I heard the news that I would be sponsored by the Mediheal Golf Team, the most preferred team among female professional golfers, I felt like I was flying. After meeting Chairman Kwon Ohsub of Mediheal, I could feel his deep affection for the players. I will do my best to repay this support with great performances and results."

With the addition of Yebin Son to the existing roster of Bae Sohyun, Lee Dayeon, Han Jinseon, An Jihyun, Park Hyunkyung, and Lee Yewon, the Mediheal Golf Team is expected to further solidify its position as the strongest team on the KLPGA Tour. Last year, the Mediheal Golf Team achieved a combined total of seven wins on the KLPGA Tour.
