Ye-won Lee has donated 30 million won in charitable funds to Korea University Medical Center.

This donation was made based on 15 million won voluntarily raised by Ye-won Lee's fan club, "Perfect Bunny," in line with the player's birdie record for the season. Ye-won Lee then contributed an equal amount through a matching grant, bringing the total to 30 million won.

Ye-won Lee, a member of the class of 2022 in the Department of International Sports Studies at Korea University, shared, "I heard that there are quite a few people who delay treatment due to financial difficulties in the medical field, which led me to decide to donate. I am grateful to be able to provide even a small amount of help to those in need." She added, "I want to continue practicing sharing so that I can give back the love I have received from my fans to society."

Ye-won Lee has consistently practiced sharing, including quietly donating 20 million won in March when a major wildfire struck the Yeongnam region, without publicizing her contribution. She received the Rookie of the Year award on the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour in 2022. In 2023, she swept the Player of the Year, Money Leader, and Lowest Stroke Average awards, establishing herself as a leading player on the KLPGA. She also claimed the title of Most Wins for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025, achieving a total of nine career victories.
