This plaque of appreciation was awarded by the Small Business Association to express gratitude for Chairman Jeon Seungil's dedicated efforts to enhance the rights and interests of local small business owners and improve their business environment, as well as for his policy attention and practical actions to strengthen the self-reliance of small businesses and establish a sustainable foundation for the regional economy.

Chairman Jeon Seungil has consistently shown interest in the changes and challenges facing local commercial districts and has worked to establish institutional support and improve business conditions for small business owners.

In particular, even amid complex economic conditions such as the economic downturn and rising prices, he has focused on developing practical support measures by seeking various policy solutions to help small business owners maintain stable operations.

Lee Kisung, President of the Gwangju Small Business Association, stated, "Chairman Jeon Seungil is an exemplary legislative leader who respects local small business owners not simply as recipients of support but as key players in the regional economy, and has reflected the voices from the field in policy. We decided to present this plaque in appreciation of his dedication and efforts."

Chairman Jeon Seungil said, "I believe this plaque is not an honor given to an individual, but the result of efforts made together with local small business owners. I will continue to listen closely to voices from the field and do my utmost to ensure that small business owners are respected and that Seo-gu becomes a district where the regional economy thrives."

He added, "Local small business owners are the roots of Seo-gu's economy and the most important pillars supporting our community. Going forward, I will continue to work alongside small business owners not only as the chairman of the council but also as a member of the community, taking responsibility to find solutions on the ground."
