Winners to Be Announced in February, Contracts in April
On December 31, Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced that it will offer 365 units for general sale at the "Incheon Yeongjong A24 Block" in Unnam-dong, Yeongjong Sky City, Incheon. The average price for a standard exclusive area of 84 square meters is in the 400 million won range (13.23 million won per 3.3 square meters). There is a three-year resale restriction, but no mandatory residency requirement. Subscription applications will begin on January 19, 2026. Move-in is scheduled for December 2028.
Of the total 641 units, 365 units will be available for general sale, excluding 276 units allocated through the advance subscription. If advance subscription winners do not meet the main subscription eligibility (requirement to be a member of a homeless household), the number of units available for general sale will increase. By area, there are 180 units of 74 square meters and 461 units of 84 square meters.
Applications from advance subscription winners will be accepted first, followed by the main (general) subscription in order of eligibility. The winners will be announced on February 5, 2026, and contracts are expected to be signed in April.
Incheon Yeongjong A24 Block is considered a prime location with excellent transportation networks and educational environments. In addition to the existing Yeongjong Bridge and Incheon Bridge, the opening of the Third Link Bridge in January 2026 will improve accessibility to Cheongna International City. Multiple transportation projects are scheduled, including the fifth phase of Incheon International Airport development and the planned GTX-D and GTX-E lines.
Within a 2-kilometer radius of the complex, there is a strong educational infrastructure, with schools such as Incheon Sky High School, Incheon Science High School, and Incheon International High School clustered nearby.
A model home where prospective buyers can view the interior is available at the LH Yeongjong Housing Exhibition Center in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The exhibition center will be open first to advance subscription winners starting January 9, 2026. Online viewing is also available through the sales website.
