The companies selected as excellent companies this time are Youngjin Angle Co., Ltd., Lucid Networks Co., Ltd., Dongjin Construction Co., Ltd., and Revodix Co., Ltd., totaling four companies. These companies were highly praised for contributing to employment growth and revitalizing the local economy despite challenging economic conditions.
In particular, this year's evaluation introduced a "blind qualitative assessment" to transparently evaluate the companies' practical and sustainable job creation capabilities, going beyond simple numerical figures. In addition, the system was revised to increase effectiveness by providing differentiated support funds for improving working conditions, ranging from 20 million won to a maximum of 40 million won depending on the number of employees.
The selected companies will receive a variety of incentives during the two-year certification period, including preferential treatment when participating in corporate support policies, a three-year deferment of local tax audits, priority in public procurement, and discounts on public parking lot fees.
