GH Invites Applications for 'Care Hub' Operator Recruitment

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) is publicly recruiting operators to manage and operate rental housing units specialized as 'GH Care Hub,' as well as to provide community-focused services.

'GH Care Hub' is an integrated residential welfare convergence model that actively utilizes neighborhood living facilities and community spaces within non-apartment rental housing units to offer customized local services such as care, childcare, education, employment, startup support, support for people with disabilities, and self-reliance assistance.

This public offering project is part of the care policy convergence cooperation business model presented at the 'GH Care Hub Business Briefing Session' held in October 2025.

Operators can freely propose operational themes using the houses purchased by GH, and the project will proceed by selecting tenants suitable for the proposed themes and providing specialized services accordingly.

The recruitment areas are Dongducheon, Uiwang, Gimpo, and Bucheon, with a total of 163 units, including 158 residential units and 5 neighborhood living facilities. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's 'Guidelines for the Management of Existing Housing and Other Acquired Rental Housing,' applicants must be institutions whose articles of incorporation specify housing (office) rental management as a business purpose and have experience operating rental housing and commercial or community facilities.

Applications will be accepted in person for four days starting February 9, 2026, and selection will be based on a preliminary and main review of the submitted business proposals.

Kim Yongjin, President of GH, stated, "We expect the GH Care Hub project to become a new model that provides total residential welfare solutions in various non-apartment concentrated areas. Moving forward, we will continue to build a close network with partner institutions and, through the convergence of policy projects, GH will emerge as a 'total residential welfare solution provider.'"
