Kim Yuna's Advertising Campaign to Be Released on January 12
Lotte Wellfood announced on the 31st that it has selected former figure skater Kim Yuna as the ambassador for 'Premium Ghana'.
Kim Yuna has long been loved for her outstanding skills and trustworthy image since her days as an athlete. Lotte Wellfood stated, "As Korea's leading chocolate brand, Ghana Chocolate is expanding its presence into the premium dessert market based on its popularity, and we expect that the brand's direction will create positive synergy with Kim Yuna's image."
The company also released a teaser video for its first advertising campaign featuring Kim Yuna. In the video, Kim Yuna makes a direct appearance, raising anticipation for her special collaboration with Premium Ghana. The full version will be released on January 12.
Meanwhile, Lotte Wellfood launched 'Premium Ghana', the top-tier line of Ghana Chocolate, in 2023, marking the start of its expansion from simple chocolate products to a dessert brand. Using recipes from professional chocolatiers, the company blends cacao with various ingredients to achieve a deep and well-balanced flavor. Its product lineup includes bar chocolate, ball chocolate, shell chocolate, biscuits, and ice cream.
