SM Entertainment announced on December 30 that it has signed a business agreement with Korea University Medical Center.


On December 29, SM held a signing ceremony with Korea University Medical Center at its headquarters in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. The event was attended by Youngjun Tak, Co-CEO of SM, and Eulsik Yoon, Vice President for Medical Affairs and Director of Korea University Medical Center, among others.


The specific areas of cooperation include: ▲ joint collaboration for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management; ▲ mutual utilization of each institution's ESG management strategies and sharing of human and material infrastructure; and ▲ joint promotion of social contribution activities.


Youngjun Tak, Co-CEO of SM, stated, "SM has been striving to create social value through music and culture under its social contribution brand, Smile. We look forward to realizing even greater social value through our collaboration with Korea University Medical Center."
