This event was organized to support the new employees as they embark on a new chapter and to express gratitude to the parents who nurtured such outstanding talent. Over 330 people attended, including Acting CEO Choi Cheolgyu, executives and staff, and the families of the new employees.
The ceremony included a resort facility tour for employee families, presentation of training completion certificates, awards for outstanding trainees, the giving of appreciation bouquets to families, and a luncheon.
The 96 new employees recruited by Kangwon Land in September completed approximately four months of introductory training, including value education, service education, dealer training, and on-site job practice, all essential for their work. Starting from December 31, they will be assigned to practical roles at the casino, hotel, and resort, where they will officially begin their duties.
Acting CEO Choi stated, "All of you who have smoothly completed the training program are the talent who will lead the future of Kangwon Land, a global integrated resort. We will actively support our new employees so they can demonstrate their abilities and grow together with the company."

I am grateful for the company’s warm hospitality, and I hope my child will always remain true to their original intentions and become a Kangwon Land employee who provides excellent service."
