Commercialization of Korean-Language Specialized AI "LOOP Ai" This Year
Expansion of AI Services from Recommendations to Job Posting Generation
JobKorea announced on December 30 that it will begin a full-scale transition to an "AI-native recruitment platform" starting with its 30th anniversary next year.
JobKorea evaluated that over the past year, it has achieved rapid results by redesigning its services, organization, and recruitment processes around artificial intelligence (AI), going beyond simply adopting new technologies. In particular, the company developed and commercialized "LOOP Ai," a proprietary AI solution specialized for Korean-language job postings and job searches, within just five months after planning, marking the first such achievement in the human resources (HR) industry.
Notably, the AI-based recruitment recommendation service "Recommendation 2.0" is drawing attention for its features that cover the entire recruitment process and career decision-making. Since its launch in September, the number of job applications has increased by approximately 40% in just four months, and the application conversion rate has also been on the rise.
On Albamon, the company recently introduced "Alba Mumulbot," a service that allows users to ask questions about job postings in natural language to an AI agent. The AI chatbot automatically responds to job seekers' questions and, when necessary, connects them directly with employers, significantly reducing the burden of searching during the job-seeking process.
In addition, nearly 10 new AI-based services were launched consecutively this year across JobKorea and Albamon, including AI-generated job postings, job posting-based AI chatbots, and salary prediction, leading to what the company calls an "AI service speed race."
JobKorea explained that this rapid execution was made possible by an aggressive talent acquisition strategy and a company-wide focus on building AI capabilities. The company significantly strengthened its AI-centered leadership by recruiting a large number of tech leaders from major IT and platform companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), NHN, and Today's House. The organizational structure was also reorganized around AI, including the establishment of a dedicated AI division.
This year, JobKorea actively secured AI talent by operating an intensive recruitment period for 15 different positions and conducted an experimental initiative by linking a nationwide participatory AI challenge to the actual hiring process. As a result, the proportion of IT and tech personnel within the company has expanded to over 40%.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary next year, JobKorea plans to further expand its AI and AI transformation (AX) strategy. By advancing its proprietary AI solutions and commercializing its AI career agent, the company aims to present a new recruitment paradigm centered on "success probability," and, with the acquisition of JobPlanet, accelerate its transition to an "AI-native organization" that embeds AI throughout its services, branding, and organizational operations.
Yoon Hyunjun, CEO of JobKorea, said, "Based on the vast recruitment data accumulated over 29 years and the AI technology and talent capabilities secured this year, we will realize a new recruitment experience centered on AI career agents and evolve into a recruitment decision-making platform that increases the probability of success for both job seekers and companies."
