Gangjin County was included among six outstanding local governments in the South Jeolla region in this evaluation. The assessment was based on the county's independent issuance efforts from January to April and its record of executing national funds from September to October. Incentives were awarded to local governments that achieved a certain score or higher.
The county was recognized for its achievements in stabilizing the issuance and distribution management of local love gift certificates, as well as effectively executing national funds to revitalize the local economy. The secured special grant will be used to boost local commercial districts and promote consumption.
The county has maintained a 10% discount rate on Gangjin Love Gift Certificates for seven consecutive years and plans to continue both the issuance and discount policy next year.
