Yeongjong, a Rapidly Emerging Residential Area in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, Special Supply for Daebang Construction's "Dietre La Mer" on the 29th Provided by Daebang Construction

Incheon Yeongjong International City is rapidly emerging as a new residential area in the western part of the Seoul metropolitan area, thanks to the expansion of its transportation network and the completion of living infrastructure. In this context, Daebang Construction is launching the application process for 'Yeongjong International City Dietre La Mer Ⅰ' for three days, starting today, December 29. The complex will accept special supply applications on Monday, December 29, followed by first-priority applications on Tuesday, December 30, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, December 31.

With the opening of the Third Link Bridge imminent, Yeongjong is shedding its image as an airport hinterland city and transforming into a self-sufficient residential city, driven by improvements in its transportation environment, the expansion of various living infrastructures, and the relocation of companies. The Third Link Bridge is scheduled for official opening in January next year. Once the bridge opens, it will take only about 10 minutes to travel from Yeongjong Sky City to Cheongna International City, and approximately 30 minutes to Yeouido in Seoul. Residents of Yeongjong and Cheongna will benefit from a 100% toll exemption as soon as the bridge opens, eliminating any cost burden for using the bridge. As a result, Yeongjong is emerging as a new residential area in Incheon, following Songdo and Cheongna.

In Yeongjong, not only transportation but also living infrastructure is being rapidly completed. Around Yeongjong Sky City and Unseo Station, core commercial districts, schools, large supermarkets, hospitals, and parks have been established, while the southern area bordering the West Sea features large green spaces such as Seaside Park, providing a pleasant residential environment. Development projects such as integrated resorts and a bio-specialized complex are also underway, and the city is expected to evolve into an area that offers both proximity to workplaces and everyday convenience.

Among these, 'Dietre La Mer,' which is scheduled for sale this year, is drawing attention as a landmark high-rise complex (up to 49 floors, a total of 1,009 units) within Yeongjong International City. The complex is centered on medium-to-large units of 84, 104, and 113 square meters, with some units offering ocean views. Specialized open-space designs have been applied, such as wide living rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass railings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railings are also used not only in the living room but also in some balconies and the alpha room (for Type A units).

The diverse community facilities are also noteworthy. Amenities such as a residents-only swimming pool, golf practice range, fitness center, and GX room are provided, expected to enhance the living satisfaction of families who are actual end-users. Notably, the residents-only swimming pool and sauna, screen golf bays, and approximately 1.9 parking spaces per unit-the highest level among apartments in Yeongjong-are features typically found only in premium complexes, highlighting the focus on resident convenience. In addition, the complex is equipped with the latest facilities, such as fire prevention systems at the on-site electric vehicle charging stations, further enhancing resident safety.

Furthermore, the complex is located near Haneul 4 Elementary School (scheduled to open in March 2026), Jungsan Middle and High Schools, as well as Yeongjong’s largest private education district and a major central commercial area, ensuring excellent access to educational and living infrastructure. In particular, the complex is adjacent to the entrance of the Third Link Bridge, making it a direct beneficiary of the bridge’s opening, with excellent accessibility to Cheongna and the Seoul area.

There are also limited-time special benefits exclusively for applicants. The complex applies a 5% down payment condition, reducing the initial financial burden, and is designed so that funds can be managed without additional down payment obligations until move-in. The complex is scheduled for occupancy in October 2029, allowing buyers to secure development gains over approximately four years with only a 5% down payment. Some premium paid furniture (finishing materials) will also be provided free of charge. By offering some paid furniture options and finishing materials-normally classified as optional-free of charge, the aim is to reduce the actual cost burden felt by residents at the time of move-in.

Meanwhile, the model home for 'Dietre La Mer,' constructed by Daebang Construction, has been set up in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
