According to Seogu District on the 29th, the evaluation, organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, comprehensively reviewed the achievements of public institutions across the country in opening public resources and operating sharing services.

Seogu District ranked first nationwide for the second time, following its achievement in 2023, once again proving that its sharing policy under the eighth popularly elected administration is at the highest level in the country.

In particular, Seogu District received high marks for establishing the mobile sharing service system 'QUICK SHARE' to overcome the limitations of fixed sharing centers. The district also operated the '1,000 Won Picnic,' which allowed residents to rent picnic items such as mats, sunshades, and board games as a package for just 1,000 won.

This initiative received an enthusiastic response at Sangmu Citizen's Park and various festival sites this year. In a satisfaction survey, 95% of users expressed their intention to use the service again, indicating a high level of satisfaction.

Additionally, through public-private cooperation with Wolgwang Church, the district established the fifth item-sharing center utilizing idle space, successfully expanding sharing infrastructure without additional budget expenditure.

Building on these achievements, Seogu District plans to introduce the third-generation sharing model, 'Good Sharing 100,' a delivery-type item sharing service, in 2026. The district aims to further enhance the convenience and usability of sharing services by establishing a system where shared items can be picked up and returned at nine logistics hubs for a delivery fee of just 100 won.

Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seogu District, stated, "By implementing on-site, community-centered administration to promote a culture of sharing, we were able to achieve the top ranking nationwide. We will continue to pursue sharing policies closely connected to residents' lives to realize 'Good City Seogu' in the future."
