About 2,500 Products Directly Managed by the Logistics Center Eligible
On December 29, CJ OnStyle announced that it will introduce the "Baro Exchange" service, which completes both delivery and exchanges on the same day, starting in January next year.
Baro Exchange is a service in which, on the day a customer requests an exchange, the delivery of the new product and the collection of the returned item are carried out simultaneously.

Previously, the process required collecting and inspecting the returned product before shipping the replacement, which typically took more than two days. By boldly eliminating this procedure, the Baro Exchange service has shortened the exchange lead time to the same day by immediately shipping the replacement upon receiving the exchange request, using an on-demand model.
The service will initially cover about 2,500 products directly managed by the CJ OnStyle logistics center. Fashion items, which have relatively high exchange demand due to color, size, or design, account for about 70% of the eligible products. Customers can check whether Baro Exchange is available for a specific item on the product detail page of the CJ OnStyle mobile app.
The "Today Arrival" service area, which allows same-day delivery for orders placed by noon, will also be expanded from Seoul to the entire metropolitan area, including Suwon, Icheon, Paju, and Gimpo.
CJ OnStyle currently operates "Baro Arrival," a fast delivery brand that integrates various delivery options such as Today Arrival, Dawn Arrival, Tomorrow Arrival, and Weekend Arrival.
