The Military Mutual Aid Association announced on December 29 that it will introduce an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot consultation service starting January 1 next year, to enhance convenience for its members who have limited time due to training and remote postings.

Members will be able to receive 24-hour consultations with just one click through the AI chatbot. The chatbot is designed to instantly answer over 90% of simple inquiries and provides easier and more understandable explanations for frequently asked questions from members.

The service is also easy to use. By clicking the AI chatbot icon located at the bottom right corner of the Military Mutual Aid Association's website, members can immediately access the consultation service without any additional procedures such as logging in.

The Military Mutual Aid Association stated, "Based on our philosophy of 'The Military Mutual Aid Association by Your Side,' we have strengthened our digital consultation environment so that members can obtain the information they need without constraints of time or place," adding, "We expect the AI chatbot to reduce waiting times caused by repetitive inquiries and to increase member satisfaction."

Jung Jaegwan, Chairman of the Military Mutual Aid Association, said, "We have introduced the AI chatbot so that our busy members, who are occupied with training and duties, can receive the help they need anytime, anywhere.
