Support for Exhibition Costs, Airfare, and Interpretation... Collaboration with KOTRA
Mayor Park Seungwon: "Encouraging Local Companies to Take on the Global Stage"
Five companies supported by Gwangmyeong City in Gyeonggi Province will be showcased at 'CES 2026,' the world's largest information technology (IT) exhibition.
On December 29, Gwangmyeong City announced that it had selected five promising innovative companies within the city and will provide comprehensive support for their exhibition and business activities at 'CES 2026,' which will be held in Las Vegas, USA, for four days from January 6 to January 9 (local time) next year.
CES is the world's largest IT exhibition, where the latest technologies and global market trends in future industries such as artificial intelligence (AI), mobility, and digital health can be seen at a glance.
The companies selected for support this time are: ▲ Danusys Co., Ltd. (AI-based video surveillance devices) ▲ GP Co., Ltd. (AI and big data-based growth and disease prediction software) ▲ Formiz Co., Ltd. (concrete unit quantity measurement monitoring system) ▲ Demillion Co., Ltd. (AI agent 'Flexibot') ▲ Inspower Co., Ltd. (broadband 5G RF power amplifier), among others.
The city will provide financial support for exhibition participation costs such as booth rental, equipment fees, airfare, and interpretation expenses for these companies, up to a limit of 18 million won per company. In addition, various benefits will be offered through collaboration with KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency).
Since last year, the city has continued to support local companies in participating in CES so they can directly promote their technological competitiveness in the global market and establish networks with overseas buyers and companies. Last year, four companies participated in CES 2025, resulting in 117 consultations and one on-site contract.
Park Seungwon, Mayor of Gwangmyeong, said, "Participating in CES will be an opportunity for local companies to experience global market trends firsthand and take their technological competitiveness to the next level. We will continue to support promising companies so they can establish themselves on the world stage and advance their overseas expansion and growth."
