Samsung C&T Engineering & Construction Group (hereafter Samsung C&T) announced on the 29th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with three parking control specialist companies: Amano Korea, Daeyoung IoT, and Darae Parktech. In apartment complexes where the parking control systems of these three companies are applied, a Homeniq app-based parking management environment will be provided.
Apartment residents can use Homeniq to register visitor vehicles, manage parking, and report illegal parking, while management offices can access free tools for monitoring parking lot usage within the complex.
Samsung C&T’s home platform ‘Homeniq’ is already integrated with parking control specialists Iparking and Nexpa. Residents of Gwonsun 5 Sangnok Apartment, Godeok LiEn Park Phase 2, Raemian Indeogwon The Point, and Dongtan 2 Sindong Fore are already using Homeniq’s parking control services. The service is expected to expand to more complexes in the future, including Wirye Raemian ePyeonhansesang.
Samsung C&T’s Homeniq platform is expanding beyond parking control services to offer a range of lifestyle services for residents. By utilizing Homeniq’s apartment care and community gathering features, residents’ daily lives are expected to become even more convenient.
Currently, Homeniq is being introduced not only in Raemian complexes but also in apartments of other brands, including SK Ecoplant, Hanwha, Doosan Engineering & Construction, HS Hwaseong, Woobang Construction, and Hoban Construction. Leveraging the advantages of an open platform, Samsung C&T plans to expand the ecosystem by introducing Homeniq to both new and existing complexes.
Ji Soyoung, Executive Director and Head of the H&B Platform Business Team at Samsung C&T, stated, “Through this MOU, our goal is to realize an apartment life care solution that not only improves operational efficiency for management offices but also enables all residents to experience ‘Change Better’ in their daily lives.”
