Sign Business Agreement for Smart Health Management
The Global Frontier Research Center at Hallym University (President Choi Yanghee) signed a business agreement with the Pyeongchang County Health and Medical Center on Wednesday, December 24, as part of the RISE project, to launch smart health management services for the residents of Pyeongchang County in earnest.

Through this agreement, the two institutions plan to establish a practical, field-oriented smart healthcare model aimed at preventing chronic diseases and fostering healthy lifestyle habits among local residents.
In particular, the AI-based health management education content and standard manual being developed by the Global Frontier Research Center at Hallym University are designed to be easily utilized by both local healthcare professionals and residents, and are expected to contribute to strengthening the self-health management capabilities of Pyeongchang County residents.
The RISE project team at Hallym University plans to successfully complete the first year of the project in January 2026 and, based on this collaboration, lead the establishment of healthy lifestyle habits and the innovation of regional healthcare not only in Pyeongchang County but throughout Gangwon Province.
