Employee Donations Contributed to Support Neighbors in Need
On December 24, Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (headed by Lee Sangwook) donated 40 million won to Gijang County to support neighbors from vulnerable groups.

The donation was raised through the Love Fund, which was voluntarily collected by employees of Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters. The employees gathered these contributions to participate in the "Hope 2026 Sharing Campaign" organized by Gijang County.
The funds will be delivered to low-income and vulnerable groups in Gijang County who are experiencing financial difficulties, through the Busan Community Chest of Korea.
Lee Sangwook, Head of Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, "As the year comes to an end, I hope that our neighbors in vulnerable groups can enjoy a warm and stable winter."
In response, Jeong Jongbok, Mayor of Gijang County, expressed his gratitude, saying, "We will make sure that the donated funds are delivered with care to those in need."
Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power is carrying out various social contribution activities to promote coexistence with the local community and fulfill its social responsibilities. Every year at the end of the year, the company takes the lead in spreading a culture of warm sharing for neighbors in need within the region.
