Since the opening of Starfield Hanam in 2016, Shinsegae Property has continued sincere win-win initiatives for local commercial districts and small business owners. In June, the company collaborated with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province to host the "2025 Byeoliya Festival: Starfield × Anseong Cultural Market," presenting a festival-style win-win model based on public-private cooperation. The "Byeoliya Festival," which has been held since 2022, is a representative local win-win program at Starfield Anseong.
In July, Shinsegae Property worked with the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Foundation for Large, Small and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture, Fisheries Cooperation to promote the "Small Business Competitiveness Enhancement Project." Together with five professional chefs, including Yoon Namno, Park Geonyoung, and Jang Inwoo, the company provided six months of systematic, customized consulting for small business owners in the food and beverage sector.
The company also continued to support sales channels both online and offline. In September, Starfield Hanam hosted the "Byeolbit Yajang" win-win flea market for small business owners, providing opportunities to increase brand awareness and expand sales channels.
In addition, Shinsegae Property developed signature menu items from consulting participant businesses into home meal replacement (HMR) products in collaboration with Chef Yoon Namno, and expanded support to online sales channels by conducting live commerce events with local influencers, thereby helping to boost the sales of small businesses. Furthermore, through agreements with Suwon City and the Suwon Urban Foundation, the company has been carrying out the "Cheoncheon Food Alley Revitalization Project" in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, for over a year since September last year.
A Shinsegae Property representative stated, "We will continue to practice sincere win-win cooperation, fulfill our corporate social responsibilities, and constantly seek ways to make a meaningful contribution to local communities. We plan to contribute to the development of the regional economy and the distribution industry."
