Hyundai Engineering & Construction's model house for "Hillstate Seonam Lake Park," which opened on Wednesday, December 24, saw a massive crowd of visitors even on Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25, creating a bustling atmosphere with long lines of guests.
The complex is located in Yaum-dong, within the Daehyeon-dong living area, which is rapidly transforming into Ulsan's premier luxury residential district. Even before its opening, the project drew significant attention as a landmark with strong brand value and symbolic status. Its proximity to Seonam Lake Park, abundant local amenities, and premium status as a non-regulated area further contributed to the enthusiastic response from visitors.
In particular, to celebrate the Christmas season, the site offered experiential programs such as photo zones, balloon and snack gift giveaways, food trucks, and a cafeteria, enhancing the enjoyment for on-site visitors. From December 24 to 28, a prize draw event is being held for customers who fill out an entry form after visiting the model house, and various events commemorating the opening are further elevating the atmosphere at the site.
Alongside these on-site events, special benefits for successful applicants also attracted attention. Those who win the housing lottery and visit the model house during the document submission period will receive prizes such as gift certificates. Notably, applicants can apply for both Phase 1 and Phase 2, and if they apply for both, they will receive separate prizes for each application.
A prospective applicant who visited the site said, "I visited with my family on Christmas, and I really enjoyed the festive year-end and Christmas atmosphere thanks to the well-prepared photo zones and events. After touring the interior of the model house, I found the product quality better than expected, so I'm considering applying for the lottery."
"Hillstate Seonam Lake Park" will be built in Yaum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, with a total of 753 units (631 apartment units and 122 officetel units) across two complexes, ranging from six basement floors to a maximum of 44 above-ground floors. The exterior features full glass balconies, and the mixed design of 4-bay flat and tower layouts enhances openness and space utilization. Inside each unit, specialized storage spaces such as dressing rooms, pantries, and auxiliary kitchens, as well as premium finishing options, have been applied to improve living convenience.
Additionally, for the first time in Ulsan, the "H Silent Home System I," an inter-floor noise reduction system, will be introduced, along with Hyundai Engineering & Construction's unique designs such as the "H Up & Down Table," "H Room-in-Room," and "H Multi Lounge." The complex will also feature sky lounges located on the 34th floor of Phase 1 and the 23rd floor of Phase 2, providing differentiated views.
Beyond the product competitiveness within the complex, the location conditions are also outstanding. Directly in front of the complex is an ecological park centered around Seonam Lake Park. Lotte Department Store, Hyundai Department Store, NewCore Outlet, Yaum Market, and the central commercial districts of Daldong and Samsan-dong are nearby, offering excellent living convenience. Successful applicants will be announced on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, for Phase 2 and Thursday, January 8, 2026, for Phase 1. Document submission will take place from Saturday, January 10, to Friday, January 16. Official contracts will be signed at the model house over three days, from Monday, January 19, to Wednesday, January 21.
The model house is located in Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and move-in is scheduled for February 2028.
