The Department of Airline Service at Silla University operates the certification acquisition program, which incorporates the training standards and curriculum of the IATA ATC (Authorized Training Center), as a non-curricular program. The department’s systematic curriculum, focused on strengthening job competencies aligned with actual airline work environments, has once again demonstrated its excellence through this achievement of a 100% pass rate.

The department currently offers a range of qualification and training programs, including the IATA Cabin Crew Training program, the TOPAS airline reservation certification preparation course, and the IATA airline fare and ticketing course. These programs are designed to progressively enhance students’ practical understanding and job suitability for careers as cabin crew, airport ground staff, and in airline transportation services.

Jung Heekyung, head of the Department of Airline Service, stated, "This achievement of a 100% pass rate is not just a test result, but proof that our department systematically operates aviation job training based on IATA standards. Through non-curricular programs, we will continue to strengthen education linked to real airline work so that our students can grow into professionals equipped with the expertise required in the field."

Students from the Department of Airline Service at Silla University also achieved a 100% pass rate in the TOPAS airline reservation certification exam held in the first half of the year.
