Awards Ceremony to Be Held on January 29

The Asia Business Daily is now accepting nominations for the '2026 Asia Consumer Awards,' which marks its 20th anniversary this year.

The Asia Consumer Awards is an event that discovers and honors companies and brands that have achieved outstanding results across the distribution, food, and consumer goods industries. Over the past 20 years, the awards have highlighted companies that have contributed to enhancing consumer convenience and advancing the distribution industry, while also presenting retail trends that reflect the changing times. The event is officially sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, the Korea Food Industry Association, and the Korea Alcohol & Liquor Industry Association.

Through a consumer survey targeting distribution, food, and consumer goods companies that excelled over the past year, hit products will be selected. A panel of judges composed of experts from relevant institutions and academia will conduct a fair and rigorous evaluation. Based on this process, the best companies and brands will be chosen across a total of 10 divisions and 47 categories.

The awards ceremony will be held on January 29 at Lotte Hotel Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. We encourage active participation from companies that have expanded their presence in domestic and overseas markets through innovation and quality competitiveness, even amid high inflation and low growth. We also look forward to the involvement of companies that have consistently practiced price stability and social responsibility despite challenging business environments.
