Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balcony railings have been applied to living rooms and parts of balconies to maximize natural light, while high ceilings enhance the sense of openness. Each unit will have approximately 1.9 parking spaces, and community facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and golf lounge are also provided.
In terms of transportation, the complex is located within about 1.5 kilometers in a straight line from the entrance of the Third Yeonryuk Bridge, allowing residents to benefit from the convenience of the new bridge. It takes about 7 minutes to reach the Namcheongra Interchange from the complex, and major commercial and business districts in Cheongra are easily accessible.
Additionally, the complex is adjacent to the central commercial area of Jungsan-dong, Yeongjong, enabling residents to walk to marts, hospitals, cafes, and restaurants. The largest cluster of private academies in Yeongjong is also nearby, and the educational environment is expected to improve further after the opening of the Third Yeonryuk Bridge. Nearby schools include Jungsan Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, as well as Incheon Dalbit Elementary School, which is scheduled to open in March.
Applicants are subject to a 5% down payment. Special supply applications will begin on the 29th, followed by first and second priority applications on the 30th and 31st, respectively. Move-in is scheduled for October 2029.
