Establishing Safety and Health Management Policy
Booyoung Group announced on the 24th that, based on its achievement of zero serious industrial accidents this year, it will continue to prioritize 'safety and health' as its top management value next year and focus its efforts on creating accident-free workplaces.
Booyoung Group has established its 2026 safety and health management policy to be the same as this year: "Now, starting with myself, comply with laws and regulations to establish a culture of safety first." The core goal is, without question, to achieve 'zero' serious industrial accidents. In addition, the company plans to proactively eliminate safety risks by setting detailed objectives such as safety and health activities practiced by all employees and the creation of a worker-centered safe working environment.

Booyoung Group operates a dedicated safety management department within the group for systematic management at each business site. The company regularly provides training tailored to the duties and sites of all executives and employees at the headquarters, field sites, and branch offices, making every effort to prevent safety accidents.
Externally, Booyoung Group also maintains credible safety system certifications. After acquiring the 'KOSHA 18001' certification from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency in 2019, it transitioned to 'KOSHA-MS', which it continues to operate today. 'KOSHA-MS' is a certification system under the Ministry of Employment and Labor, in which the top management declares a safety and health policy as part of the management policy and systematically manages Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) activities.
A Booyoung Group representative stated, "Achieving zero serious accidents in 2025 is the result of all executives and employees prioritizing safety and working together," adding, "In 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse, we will continue to lead a construction culture where everyone can work with peace of mind through systematic, system-based safety and health activities."
