Gyeongnam University will accept applications for the 2026 regular admission from December 29 to December 31.

Applications can be submitted online 24 hours a day from 9:00 a.m. on December 29 until 6:00 p.m. on December 31, the deadline, through the admissions information website and Jinhak Apply. For detailed information regarding the regular admission process, applicants are advised to contact the Gyeongnam University Admissions Office.


As a key private university in the region, Gyeongnam University has strengthened practical, industry-oriented education, university-industry cooperation, and career and entrepreneurship-linked programs based on industrial demand. Recently, the university has enhanced its competitiveness through specialized education and research achievements connected to regional strategic industries such as robotics, AI, smart manufacturing, and future mobility.


For regular admission, applicants may apply to one program per recruitment group (Ga, Na, Da), and multiple applications are possible if the programs belong to different groups. The number of available spots may change depending on the results of the early admission process, and the final number of openings will be announced on the admissions information website on December 26 (Friday).


For the 2026 regular admission, there are some changes to the way the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) scores are reflected. The 10% additional score previously given for choosing calculus or geometry in mathematics for the Na and Da groups will be abolished, and records of school violence will be mandatorily considered. These changes are intended to promote a fairer and more balanced student selection process.


In addition, applicants to the Department of Physical Education, Webtoon and Design, Art Education, and Music Education in the Na group must check the schedule, location, and important notes for the practical exams. The practical exams will be conducted in a manner that reflects the characteristics of each department.
