Cheorwon County Holds "Meeting with Civil Affairs Officers and Governor" to Strengthen On-Site Communication

Cheorwon County in Gangwon Province held a meeting with civil service staff on December 23, attended by the county governor.

The meeting was attended by Lee Hyun-jong, Governor of Cheorwon County, the head of the Civil Affairs and Permits Division, as well as more than 10 staff members and civil affairs officers from the division.

This meeting was organized to recognize the challenges faced in handling civil affairs and administrative tasks, and to listen to the difficulties experienced by civil affairs officers.

Governor Lee Hyun-jong stated, "I am well aware of the heavy workload involved in civil affairs, as it requires responding to various demands and situations," and encouraged the staff for their efforts on the front lines. He also emphasized that civil affairs officers are the first point of contact for residents with the administration, and asked them to continue to greet citizens with kindness and maintain a proactive attitude in their work.
