Jungkook of BTS has given fans a special musical gift to celebrate Christmas.
According to Big Hit Music on December 24, Jungkook released a cover video of American singer-songwriter Johnny Stimson's "The Christmas Song" on BTS's official SoundCloud and YouTube channel.
"The Christmas Song" is a signature track by legendary jazz vocalist Nat King Cole. Johnny Stimson remade the song in 2020, and Jungkook covered Stimson's version.
The agency stated, "Jungkook planned this project with the intention of sharing warmth with the ARMY fandom as the year comes to a close."
Previously, Jungkook has covered songs such as Harry Styles' "Falling," IU's "Ending Scene," and Roy Kim's "Only Then."
BTS is planning to release a new album and embark on a large-scale world tour in the spring of next year.
