115 Million Won to Broadcasting Content Promotion Foundation
Public Home Shopping announced on December 24 that it held a donation ceremony at its headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul, to support the development of the broadcasting and video industry.

The total amount of donations delivered this time is 170 million won. Public Home Shopping donated 55 million won to the Audience Media Foundation on the 22nd and 115 million won to the Broadcasting Content Promotion Foundation on the 23rd. The donation to the Broadcasting Content Promotion Foundation consists of two parts: 60 million won to support production companies and 55 million won for a content production contest. The development fund will be used to hold production contests to foster broadcasting talent, sponsor content education, and support promising new production companies.
Public Home Shopping has been consistently making donations to promote the development of the broadcasting and video industry. Earlier this year, it donated 10 million won each to Gyeongsang National University and Chonnam National University as scholarships for nurturing outstanding broadcasting talent.
These ongoing sponsorships have also led to tangible results. Since 2021, Public Home Shopping has been operating the "First Button Project" with the Broadcasting Content Promotion Foundation, supporting a total of 28 young directors to date. Among them, 23 have achieved notable accomplishments, such as winning awards at international documentary film festivals.
