A fire broke out at the Olympic Athletes' Village Apartment in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, resulting in two people being transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest.

The Songpa Fire Station in Seoul announced that a fire report was received at the Olympic Athletes' Village Apartment at around 5:36 a.m. on the 24th.
Due to the fire, 37 residents evacuated and 4 people were rescued. Two individuals found in cardiac arrest were transported to the hospital.
The authorities completely extinguished the fire at 7:11 a.m. and are checking for any additional casualties.
