The Daegu Regional Office of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (Director Kim Jongsul) announced that on December 23, it visited the home of a vulnerable patriotic family residing in Nam-gu, Daegu, to deliver winter relief supplies and check on their health and living conditions.

On this day, Mr. Kim, the recipient of the relief supplies, expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to the winter relief items you provided, I will be able to spend a warm winter."
The Daegu Regional Office of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs has designated a focused management period for vulnerable national merit recipients during the winter season (from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026). During this period, the office plans to strengthen on-site inspections to ensure safety and to enhance relief activities so that patriotic families can spend a warm and safe winter. In addition, practical support such as heating supplies, daily necessities, and food will be provided in cooperation with the local community.
Kim Jongsul, Director of the Daegu Regional Office of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, stated, "We will pay close attention to ensure that vulnerable patriotic families are not left out during the winter," and added, "We will continue to provide tailored support for the winter season of patriotic families in collaboration with the local community."
