This donation drive was organized ahead of the year-end to bring warmth to neighbors facing hardships. The funds were raised through voluntary payroll deductions by BISTEP employees and the annual year-end fundraising campaign for neighbors in need. The donations will be distributed through the Jaesong 1-dong and Jaesong 2-dong Administrative Welfare Centers, respectively.

The donation ceremony was attended by Busan City Council member Kim Taehyo, BISTEP President Kim Youngbu, the heads of Jaesong 1-dong and Jaesong 2-dong, and other officials, who came together to share the spirit of giving with the local community. BISTEP has continued its community sharing efforts, having donated to vulnerable groups in Banyeo 2-dong and Banyeo 3-dong last year as well.

President Kim Youngbu said, "I hope that the donations, made possible by the voluntary participation of our employees, will provide comfort and strength to neighbors enduring the cold winter. We will continue to fulfill our social responsibilities as a public institution in close cooperation with the local community."
