BNK Kyongnam Bank Holds Communication Session with President and 'BNK YES! LEADER' Members

A "Gathering for Unity" to Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of YES Leader

BNK Kyongnam Bank announced on December 23 that it held the "2025 BNK YES! LEADER Final Report Meeting and 10th Anniversary Commemorative Event."

YES Leader, composed of young and creative talents, is BNK Kyongnam Bank's flagship management innovation program that discovers various actionable projects and leads change and innovation.

The report meeting and commemorative event, held in the bank's headquarters conference room, was attended by Kim Taehan, President of BNK Kyongnam Bank, as well as the 2025 YES Leader committee members, former YES Leader committee alumni, and employees.

This report meeting and commemorative event celebrated the 10th anniversary of YES Leader, inviting former committee members who have served as YES Leaders over the years. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the activities carried out this year and to present a variety of projects under the theme of "Strengthening the Core Competitiveness of BNK Kyongnam Bank."

Afterward, Kim Taehan and both current and former YES Leader committee members participated in a group event to promote unity, discussed the bank's future direction, and shared their reflections on their activities during a communication session.

Kim Taehan stated, "I would like to thank the 2025 YES Leader committee members for carrying out various activities and presenting creative ideas throughout the year. Seeing current and former YES Leaders gathered together to support one another, I felt that this truly embodies the 'One Team Spirit' and is the driving force behind BNK Kyongnam Bank. I hope everyone will continue to do their best for the bank's growth in their respective roles."

The 2025 YES Leader committee concluded its activities with this final report meeting, and BNK Kyongnam Bank plans to newly select YES Leader members in 2026 and continue to carry out various initiatives.
