Catchers Secures All Four Major ISO Certifications... Establishes 'Global Standard' in Food Manufacturing Pest Control Services

CATCHERS Co., Ltd., a company specializing in pest control solutions for the food manufacturing industry, has obtained all four core international management system certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and ISO 10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management System). Through this achievement, the company has established a globally recognized operational framework across its pest control services.

CATCHERS recently announced that it has become the first in the pest control industry to acquire the ISO 10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management System) certification.

With this, CATCHERS has now secured all four major international management system certifications: Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), and now Customer Satisfaction (ISO 10002).

Notably, the newly acquired ISO 10002 is an international standard awarded to companies equipped with systems to promptly and fairly address customer requirements and complaints. Pest issues in food manufacturing sites are directly linked to product safety. Therefore, how quickly and accurately a company responds to customer needs becomes a crucial measure of production quality competitiveness, going beyond the realm of simple service.

During the certification process, CATCHERS presented a differentiated strategy. Instead of a conventional customer service department, the company designed its in-house research institute to oversee customer satisfaction management. This approach enables specialized research personnel to immediately provide solutions when field complaints are received, resolving issues at an early stage. Furthermore, these cases are accumulated as research data, which are then used to improve pest control systems and develop new technologies, establishing an 'R&D-linked customer satisfaction system.'

CATCHERS stated, "To meet the rigorous standards of the food industry, a higher level of customer satisfaction is required," adding, "We will prove the highest service quality, worthy of being the industry's first to receive this certification."

Possessing the largest pest classification database in Korea, CATCHERS provides precise diagnostic services that meet global standards such as HACCP and FSSC 22000. Moving forward, the company plans to integrate these four international certification systems to deliver advanced pest control services optimized for the food industry.
