Cheongsong Talent Development Center Holds Outstanding Student Mentoring for Next Year's University Admissions

The college entrance exam is a battle of information. The Cheongsong Talent Development Center has launched a mentoring program for outstanding students targeting next year's university admissions, helping examinees develop their strategies.


Cheongsong County in North Gyeongsang Province (Governor Yoon Kyunghee) held the "2026 University Admissions Outstanding Student Mentoring" event on December 20 at the multipurpose auditorium of the Public Cooperation Center, targeting students enrolled at the Cheongsong Talent Development Center, as well as local students and parents.

On this day, Lee Seungyong (Cheongsong High School/Korea University Business Administration, Class of 2026) and Jang Youngsun (Cheongsong Girls' High School/Kyung Hee University Department of History, Class of 2026), both students at the Cheongsong Talent Development Center, served as mentors. They shared their firsthand study methods and tips with younger students and parents in attendance, covering topics such as how to prepare for school grades, strategies for the College Scholastic Ability Test, effective use of vacation periods, and mental management know-how.


Both mentors emphasized the message, "It's not over until it's over," offering sincere advice and words of encouragement to their juniors preparing for the college entrance process.


The Cheongsong Talent Development Center held its selection exam for 2026 students on December 21, with successful applicants to be announced on December 30. Classes are scheduled to begin in early January next year.


Additionally, an admissions information session for local students and parents is planned for January next year.


A Cheongsong County official stated, "We are grateful to the two students who took the time to serve as mentors for their juniors," and added, "We hope this mentoring session has provided practical help to both students and parents."
